These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 333r platform, including all betting, casino, and payment services. By registering an account or using any feature of 333r, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use 333r.

You must be 18 or older to open a 333r account. 333r enforces age verification through KYC. Minors are strictly prohibited from using any part of the platform.
All deposits and withdrawals at 333r must use payment methods registered in your own name. JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers, and USDT TRC20 are accepted in PKR or equivalent.
All 333r bonuses are subject to individual offer terms including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games. Bonus abuse or multi-accounting voids all bonus entitlements.

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 333r operates. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws in their own jurisdiction.
In this Agreement, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 To open and maintain a 333r account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
2.2 By completing the registration process on 333r, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false registration information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
2.3 333r reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account restriction or closure.
18+ Hard Limit: 333r employs age verification procedures including KYC document checks. Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.
3.1 One Account Per User. Each individual may hold only one active 333r account. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of this Agreement. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 333r reserves the right to close all accounts, void all associated bets and casino activity, and withhold any balance pending investigation.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 333r username and password. You must notify 333r immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 333r will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.
3.3 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 333r may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, as communicated to Users by email prior to any deduction. Accounts that have remained inactive for thirty-six (36) months may be closed at 333r's discretion, with any remaining balance forfeited after reasonable notice is given to the registered email address.
3.4 Account Closure by User. You may request account closure at any time by contacting 333r support. Any pending bets or active bonus wagering requirements must be resolved before a final withdrawal can be processed. If you are requesting closure as a responsible gaming measure, 333r will expedite the process and apply self-exclusion where appropriate.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 333r accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, domestic bank transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and per account tier.
4.2 Own Payment Methods Only. All payment methods used for deposits on 333r must be registered in the User's own name. Deposits using third-party payment methods are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
4.3 Currency. 333r accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified at the time of account registration. Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing; the applicable rate will be displayed before the transaction is confirmed.
4.4 Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your 333r account instantly upon successful authorisation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to appear depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
333r does not store your full JazzCash or Easypaisa credentials. All payment transactions are processed through the respective providers' secure APIs. Never share your mobile wallet PIN or OTP with anyone, including individuals claiming to represent 333r.
5.1 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests at 333r require prior successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. KYC typically requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent selfie holding the document, and where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. 333r may request additional documentation at its discretion.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted to a verified 333r account are processed within the timeframe indicated in the cashier section at the time of request. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
5.3 Withdrawal to Same Method. 333r operates a same-method withdrawal policy as a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. Where this is not technically possible, 333r will contact the User to agree on an alternative method.
5.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per method and per account tier. These are indicated in the 333r cashier section. High-value withdrawal requests may require additional KYC documentation and may be processed in instalments at 333r's discretion.
5.5 Withholding of Withdrawals. 333r reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation if there is reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. The User will be notified of any such hold and given an opportunity to provide clarifying information.
6.1 All promotional offers and bonuses available on 333r are subject to this Agreement and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail over these general Terms with respect to that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a 333r account carry a Wagering Requirement that must be met before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement and eligible games are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:
6.4 333r reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to Users. Promotions are available to eligible 333r account holders only and are not transferable.
7.1 All bets placed on 333r are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your selections before submitting a bet. 333r is not liable for bets placed in error, including incorrect selection, stake entry, or market choice.
7.2 Void Bets. 333r reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was accepted due to a manifest pricing error; (b) the event was not played or was abandoned before reaching a void-qualifying threshold as defined in sport-specific rules; (c) there is evidence of market manipulation or match-fixing; or (d) the event outcome was known to the bettor at the time the bet was placed.
7.3 Maximum Winnings. A maximum single-bet payout limit applies per event and per account per day. This limit is communicated in the betting interface before stake confirmation. 333r may restrict the maximum stake available to any individual User at its discretion.
7.4 Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test matches, are subject to official match result confirmation from the relevant governing body. In-play bets are settled based on the in-play state of the event at the time of bet acceptance and may differ from the pre-match settlement rules.
8.1 All casino and live dealer games available on 333r are provided by third-party game suppliers. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and payline structures are governed by the respective game supplier's rules, which are accessible within each game interface.
8.2 RNG Integrity. RNG (Random Number Generator) games offered on 333r use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical events (card deals, wheel spins) conducted in licensed studio environments.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account. Winnings that were not yet settled at the point of malfunction are not payable. 333r is not liable for losses caused by interruptions to internet connectivity on the User's end.
8.4 Free or demo game modes, where available, do not use real money and cannot be used to generate withdrawable winnings.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 333r and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
10.1 333r is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools, accessible from your account settings at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. A User who applies for self-exclusion agrees to refrain from attempting to access 333r during the exclusion period. 333r will take reasonable technical steps to enforce the exclusion. Marketing communications to self-excluded Users will be suspended immediately upon exclusion activation.
10.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. If you are aware of a minor accessing a 333r account, you must notify 333r immediately. 333r will promptly investigate and, where confirmed, close the account and report the matter in accordance with applicable child protection obligations.

11.1 333r collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering a 333r account you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 333r will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for platform operation and compliance.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333r's total liability to any User arising from or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 333r shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) indirect or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from internet connectivity failures outside 333r's control; or (d) losses resulting from the User's failure to comply with these Terms.
12.3 Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
13.1 333r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, 333r will provide reasonable advance notice to Users via email or an in-platform notification.
13.2 Your continued use of 333r following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using 333r and may request account closure.
13.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at 333r.club/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into effect.
14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 333r is licensed to operate. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of 333r complies with all laws applicable to them in their own jurisdiction, including but not limited to Pakistan, where this platform is primarily targeted.
14.2 Nothing in these Terms is intended to create, nor shall it be construed as creating, any rights under the laws of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. If applicable law in your location prohibits you from using 333r, you must not access or use the platform.
14.3 Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable licensing authority. Contact 333r support in the first instance for any complaints or disputes.
